Lexa a scam? i need help!

I registered with Lexa.nl and paid for 3 months (38.85 EUR) already a week now. later i realised that they went back to my bank account and picked more money yet i never authorised them to.\r\nI tried calling the 0800-35003500 number i found on the site but no response. I also sent them emails but got no feedback.\r\nI later saw a phone number for one of the staff of meetic and called him asking if he could help but, he later told me that lexa.nl doesn't have a phone number and that he no longer works there.\r\nDoes any one know how i can get Lexa to terminate my other 2 months and refund my money as i am seeing the same faces that never respond?\r\nWhat kind of company doesn't have a phone number for customer care?\r\nMy dutch is not that good.\r\nCan some one please help/advise me on how to get back my money for the other two months i haven't used, stop them from further picking more money from my account and run for my dear life?\r\nThank you

Our Customer Care Team can only reached by mail and not by telephone. You can send your message regarding the payment via the "Help" link on the Lexa website. Here you just pick a random category and then a random question. Then you scroll down and click on the grey link "Stel een vraag". A contactform will be shown. Please provide the details of your Lexa profile.
